Returns and Exchanges:

At Mainea Swim we know how important it is to feel good in your swim wear and we are committed to creating products that you love.

We are committed to sustainability and quality through our products. As a consumer of Mainea swim you agree to these terms and conditions in regards our returns and exchange policy

All SALE items are final sale and do not quality for a return or exchange.

All regular priced swim wear can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions.

We do not offer refunds. We only exchanges or credit for future purchases only.

RETURNS

ARE NOT ALLOWED: Store credit or exchanges only.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges are offered for unworn, unused suits only within 14 days of purchase.

Exchanges are for sizes only. We do not offer exchanges for styles as we keep a limited amount of our uniques styles and prints on hand to stay committed to our efforts in support conscious consumers and environmental awareness.

Exchanges for sizes are only offered in the print your ordered. In other words you cannot try a new print at a different size so please choose your styles and prints with care and intention during your purchase.

A request for a size exchange must be made within 14 days of placing your order. Orders ships within 5-7 days so this gives you 7 days to decide.

All swimwear returns and size exchanges must be returned within 20 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in brand-new condition. The original tags and liners should still be attached. Any packages that fail to meet these requirements will be returned to the buyeer, and with no reimbursement. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees during the return and exchange process. We appreciate our customers and hope to make this process easy for you.

Please Note:

After we receive your exchange, we will mail out your requested exchange size. If our team finds damage, that the suit it worn or faded in any fashion than a an exchange will not be offered. Your request will be refused and the original suite will be mailed back to you when you agree to pay the new shipping fee.

If you receive an item that you believe is broken, faulty, or damaged, please send an email with a detailed request, including pictures, order number, where you purchased from and the date anytime you received the order so that we can look into your concerns with our products. If you would like to file a case for store credit due to a swim wear piece you believe to be a defualt, we will open a case with these details and will look into your case. We must receive the swim wear item in order to give you a store credit for future use if you believe the swim wear piece to be faulty.

STEPS TO RETURN AN ITEM AND EXCHANGE FOR A NEW SIZE

Swimwear must be returned in its NEW and original condition with all the packaging, receipts, and tags included.

Send an email to support@maineaswim.com with your invoice number and the word” EXCHANGE” OR “RETURN” in the subject line

A team member will reach out to your for your support and do all we can to meet your request as long as these conditions stated here have been meet.

SHIPPING COSTS:

You will be responsible for al shipping rates as applies:

$7 + for Shipping inside the U.S. depending on size of package. 3-5 Flat Rate Priority Mail

$35 + for International Priority Rates

Mainea Swim is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing shipped items once we receive your order and it has shipped.
